I scheduled an appointment for my daughter to have a eyelash extension fill three days in advance. We set a time and I spelled out my daughters name. When I showed up at my appointment time her name was not in the book.There was no one there to provide service. And there was no form of compensation for their error. I will never have any need to come back here.

Very nice place to go to and relax. Been going for 15 years now and let me tell you. I am never leaving. The place is clean, the owners nice and let me tell ya my nails are never a disappointment.

Time to find a new nail salon! I went in for a mani/pedi.. While getting my pedicure, a co*ckroach emerged from the vacant tub next to me. Gross but not a total loss. It was however, somewhat difficult to enjoy the rest of my experience. Then the tech uses some old tacky clear top coat and I had bubbles all over my nails. They did the same thing my last visit, but I didn't notice till I was home... I made sure to pay attention to their polishes this time. When I tried to explain what it was that I was unsatisfied about, I get a deer in the headlights look. I know it's because the woman doesn't understand a word I'm saying. I'm still at the salon waiting for my botch nail job to dry and for ck nails to make this right. I've been a loyal customer for about a year. I don't think I'll be coming back.
